Simova existing customers who have already purchased perpetual licenses for Simova products and are actively paying maintenance & update fees can move to Microsoft's public cloud at discounted rates.

• Offer price: 40% discount on valid SaaS list price for 3 years (non-renewable). From the 4th year onwards, valid list price at the time of registration.
• Registration period: 01 June 2023 to 31 December 2024
• Contract duration & price security: 4 years from registration. Price security for period of promotion.

You would like to use the Simova "Bridge-to-Cloud" offer 2? The following requirements must be met:

• Microsoft Bridge to the Cloud 2: Customer takes advantage of the currently valid Bridge to the Cloud 2 offer from Microsoft*.
• Simova Licenses: The customer already owns perpetual licenses for Simova products (purchased before 01 Jan 2023) and currently pays annual maintenance & update fees for them. The customer has not previously purchased SaaS licenses for Simova products.
• License value: Customer purchases Simova SaaS licenses through the Simova Bridge-to-Cloud offer 2 with an annual total greater than or equal to the current maintenance & update fees for the perpetual licenses.
